Description: A small pind of about 10,000 residents.This village mostly has houses of Dhillons,Bhullars, some Gills and few families of Brahmins.

Village has 3 Gurdwaras,Mostly middle class farmers and poor workers live in this village. Few wealthy Jamindars are also there. Most of the cultivation land is held by Jatts.

All houses in this village are modern brick concrete house.A very peaceful village where in evenings you can see people sitting on Manjis and watching televisions in their VEHRAs. (yards)

8. Moga-Barnala road is being widened up to 66 ft. in width. which is
causing total demolition of constructions which are inside raod width. 90%
houses are being demolished.

History:This village was a muslim village before partition
and now it is about 80% Sikh village., 20% hindu.
My villiage is 15 kilometers from Moga on Moga Barnala road. It falls in
between Moga and Badhani Kalan just 4 kilometers from badhani towards Moga
side.

Villiage is quite old. May be more than 150 years. The school in villiage is
more than 90 years old. Villiage was established by the Sodhi's, but now not
much of sodhi's living in the villige. Sarpanch Ladi belongs to Sodhi's.
